My mission is to provide holistic care, guiding individuals through their unique journeys of healing, transformation, and self-exploration.
My spiritual journey has been significantly shaped by both my upbringing and lived experience. I was raised by a Scandinavian mother and a Baptist preacher father of Anishinaabe descent. While my father turned away from his Native heritage and sought solace in fundamentalist Christianity, I felt an undeniable pull toward Indigenous wisdom
My spiritual journey has been significantly shaped by both my upbringing and lived experience. I was raised by a Scandinavian mother and a Baptist preacher father of Anishinaabe descent. While my father turned away from his Native heritage and sought solace in fundamentalist Christianity, I felt an undeniable pull toward Indigenous wisdom and the ways of his lineage. This created a painful rift in me: a longing to reclaim what he had rejected, while being pressed into the rigid indoctrination of the church. My rebellious spirit only heightened the conflict, leading me to reject God altogether and resent my father for what I saw as “choosing the colonizer’s way.” With time, I came to recognize that, burdened by alcoholism and without ancestral guidance, embracing Christianity was his path to survival and healing.
In 2014, a profound out-of-body experience ignited my quest for spiritual understanding and that following year, the sudden death of my best friend intensified this exploration, compelling me to face life, death, and the mysteries beyond.
My Reiki Master training in 2017 and a powerful past-life revelation deepened my commitment to soul work, while the devastating loss of my nephew - who was like a son to me - in 2018 solidified my dedication to walk with others through grief.
This calling led me to Soul Regression Healing and eventually to death work that was affirmed when I completed End of Life Doula training with the Conscious Dying Institute in 2019. To better serve those facing mortality, I pursued advanced training in Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2021, and bereavement support through the MISS Foundation.
My work centers on integrating diverse healing modalities to help people navigate life's challenges and to foster spiritual transformation and holistic well-being.
Though I’ve found peace with Christ and God, I am always guided back to Indigenous wisdom and embracing the fundamental principle of honoring All My Relations: understanding nothing exists in isolation. Every stone, river, plant, animal, and person is kin, interwoven in mutual respect and responsibility. This truth shapes how I hold space with reverence, reciprocity, and gratitude while walking with others as they find healing through life, death, and beyond.
